Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the InsurerLink platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing the insurance industry.
Important Notice
Access to InsurerLink is restricted to authorized member insurers, adjusters, and regulatory bodies approved by Regulatory Bodies for each region.
Authorized Use
The platform must be used exclusively for:
- Verifying motor insurance claims history.
- Identifying and preventing insurance fraud.
- Contributing accurate and timely claims data.
- Conducting authorized market analytics.
Data Contribution
Member organizations are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the data they contribute to the platform. Misrepresentation of data or misuse of the intelligence provided may lead to revocation of access and further regulatory action.
Termination
Regulatory Bodies for each region reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to InsurerLink at any time, without prior notice, for any conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to the interests of the insurance market.
